Lovely headboard however.....
This piece of bedroom furniture looks great, feels good and is well made. However as you can see in the picture the fixing battons in my opinion are slightly to short to allow for the lower bolts to fix it to the bed base?This left the batton free to press against the unsupported fabric of the base. Especially when the matress presses against the headboard. If it had been longer then it would have been firmly against the base frame.I double checked to see if there were lower pre drilled threaded holes on the back of the headboard to allow the battons to be lowered but there were none.The headboard is never the less held in place fairly well as is, but would have preferred the battons slightly longer to be able to reach the base frame and be secured by the bolt.Arrived very quick and well packaged.Would buy again for other household beds. If and when needed.Just make the battons 3" longer?

Makes sleeping more cozy and warm as my wall was very cold due to being and extension.

I first bought the Kingsize was that impressed I got a single for the spare room am still impressed going to be getting a double for spare room next. Cannot speak high enough arrived quicker than expected. Made so well really heavy and sturdy. Very good value for money. Cannot recommend enough

wooden suppports cheap and weak
Unpacked and ready to assemble and felt the wooden supports were weak and poorly made.One support was even split and seems like its dried old wood like what orange boxes were made out ofUpdate: we received replacement wooden supports and these were much stronger and much more fit for purpose, thank you but you should supply these as standard as the headboard itself is excellent value for money spoiled by supply of cheap supports.
