HEPA filter? Not entirely sure.
I'm not sure if this filter is a hepa filter or not as it is pretty cheap for a pair of filters. I don't smell the dust going into the vacuum but the smell coming out definitely doesn't smell clean, or what you'd expect form a hepa filter.Secondly, the min/max button on the filter sticks when pushed in. It still has enough of a "push" to enable the max/min option of the vacuum's motor but it won't pop back out.That said it did help restore suction to the vacuum and I think the overall quality is what warrants the price. I couldn't give 5 star because of the questions I have around the filter quality and definitely lost for the button sticking.
