They promptly sent me a replacement cable that works perfectly, all within just a few days. Additionally, they sent a thoughtful apology message, which I truly appreciate.This level of customer service and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the seller for resolving the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!PREVIROUS FEEDBACK:I ordered this cable at the price of two, expecting better quality. Unfortunately, it doesn't charge at all, while my original cable works perfectly. Although it fits the watch and looks good, it simply doesn’t function. What’s even more disappointing is the return process, I was asked to drop it off at a store. If I had the option to drop it off, I wouldn’t have ordered it online in the first place. The return should be handled the same way it was delivered, picked up from my doorstep. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience
