I got this to send off to my Step-son who needed a new computer. He is a gamer and is impressed with the speed. Neither of us are fans of Windows 11 but the hardware seems to be pretty solid and it has great graphics for the price. When I see him again I will likely put Linux as a dual boot option for him. I'm sure it will be lightning fast running a clean install of Linux Mint.

Terrible product. I wish I could return it. 2 to 3 times a week the laptop gets a blue screen. To the point that I have never seen this happen before. If the seller of this product is willing to take it and refurbished, please do so also contact me. You can send me some kind of fix. I have been trying to do system restore 2 to 3 times per week.

I love how fast it loads, it plays the sims 4 great on all high settings, it plays SecondLife which I’ve never been able to play on any computer I’ve ever had. It also has enough space for my image and game content hoarding tendencies. 😁 What I don’t like is how hot it gets shortly after using. However the battery lasts for a good while compared to my last laptop so I’m happy overall 🥰UPDATE- I was in the middle of playing a game when the laptop shut off and will not turn back on. I am so disappointed because I thought it was a good one 😭 and Amazon says I can’t return it and get my money back. I will never make another large purchase from Amazon again. UPDATE- an employee from the company reached out and was willing to let me return the laptop for a new one but I found out the problem was caused by a windows security update and uninstalling it fixed the laptop! So grateful for the employee willing to help me. Love this laptop! ♥️

For the price, this laptop is great. Quite fast with plenty of storage. If I have any complaint, it would be the fact that it gets quite hot after its been on for a time. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Laptop has been working absolutely phenomenally. It’s fast, the screen makes vibrant colors, and the system handles even the most detailed games with ease! Only thing is the speakers rattle when the volume is at 100% but still good quality sound at lower levels. Overall a great machine

The video was horribly slow and choppy and this should not be listed as a gaming laptop. I ended up returning it.

I got this for my son's 13th birthday. It works great for streaming and playing his games. He is absolutely happy. He purchased a seperate keyboard and mouse. The speed and storage is perfect especially for a beginner. No complaints on charging or battery issues.
