Great bike! Works perfectly! Has real get up and go. Bought 2. One for me and one (a little smaller for my wife. We love riding them around town and on dirt roads. The big tires are perfect for this. The price for these was really great for the value you get. One problem is that the instructions that come with the bike aren't complete regarding the front tire assembly. I had to go to youtube to see how to install the nuts. The smaller bike was easy but the bigger bike had many more nuts and I didn't know in which order they went. Youtube helped.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great bike, i drive it everyday 9 miles to and from work, never had it die once. Gets up to 30mph top speed. best bike for the price point, only complaint is that the rear suspension is SO squeaky and should be replaced. Other then that zero complaints

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This thing is the biggest piece of you know what I have ever purchased. Everything on this bike that you absolutely do not want to break has: the breaks; the battery holder; the kick stand; the front end is permanently lose. Even the metal (if you can believe that) on this bike is cheap. I must have spent over 10 plus hours fixing and refixing stuff I already fixed on this piece of …. For example, the battery mount became lose I tightened the screws; it became lose again I added washer and lock washed and tightened everything down; it became lose again. It’s I constant back and forth game with this piece of …. The handle bars where they go through the forks became lose. I dismantle everything in any attempt the tighten everything up. Guess what! Nope, they cannot be tightened. There are no threads or nuts in this bikes design that exist that can be tightened. Now they are permanent lose. Not safe to ride. I must have had to tighten the breaks I’d say at least 5 times now. Not Safe. The rubber tires, guess what? Cheap. We have had this bike for about 3 months now and the treads are already starting to wear away and will need to be replaced shortly. Oh, by the way, as mentioned that metal being cheap, the bolts strip very easily. The Allen wrench heads of the bolts strip very easily. I have had to replace a number of bolts due to them stripping. They is only one good thing I can say about this bike and that’s the battery. I have had no problems with it charging and it lasts a long time but guess what, the battery mount is constantly loosening and needs tightening, as mentioned above. I can go on and on with other problems not mentioned. This bike has been nothing but a headache for me. I cannot ever stand looking at it at the point thinking how baldly I have been ripped off. $800 plus for nothing but a good battery. I’m kicking myself. I’ll be lucky if I’m still able to ride this bike in a year from now.

Bike is amazing. Easy assembly good 31.3 mph speed. The looks of this bike stock are nice but the amount of upgrades and mods you can do are great. The seat is very comfy for longer rides. The bike functions as you wish. 15.6 ah battery gets you far miles. Screen is also high quality. They also give you a nice phone holder as well. Screen also has a usb port for a charger or light bar plug in. In my opinion it’s better than the regular 1500 continuous wattage 20ah. That bike only goes 34mph 3 mph difference way better price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very good e-bike for the price. Had an accident but vendor provided guidance and replacement parts free of charge.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Awesome bike I like the customizations you can do. Fast and seems pretty well built. I have 73 miles on it so far. Brakes a a bit noisy squeaking when applied but would give 4.5 stars based on price. Hope to get thousands of miles out of it.

My son loves this bike! It was not very difficult to put together however we needed a replacement brake and customer service was great to deal with and sent the replacement.

The media could not be loaded. The shocks squeak bad and back wheel has a bad wobble that gets worse the faster it goes. We took it to a bike shop they were able to make it better but said the wheel should be replaced. I sent on a video of the wobble the company offered to send us $40 for a new tire not for the wheel. My son has 4 friends that recently purchased the Q20 and all have the same wobble. My son ended up crashing his bike, bent the forks and broke his wrist. Quality is very poor.
