GREAT BIKE
I purchased this bike last winter. Due to our winters I got it put together in March. The instructions were easy to follow and took less than 40 minutes to put completely together. I now have 26 miles on it with a lot more to come. I'm Not Disappointed in this bike. It performs well, easy to ride and has brought me great joy. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Not for a short person
I really like this bike. Getting on and off is the problem. The space between the handles and seat isn't great. It took me some practicing and a couple of falls to master. Other than that it is a nice bike.

Missing parts/nightmare assembly
I built commercial aircraft for a decade, this bike was the toughest assembly I have ever taken on. I would consider myself more handy than most, seriously…….this ruined my Fathers Day ;). Terrible instructions, missing screws….took 3 hours to put together.It does seem to run fine and perform as expected. SUPER frustrated with how hard the assembly was.

Love it
Was hard to get the front tire on right but other than that, putting it together was a breeze and it works great. Something you might not have considered, electric bikes are heavy (makes sense but I never thought about it) and so when peddling without the motor it’s more work than a regular bike. Love it. Battery lasts a long time with the short rides we take.

Instruction manual without clear guidance and some parts missing or broken
The instructions instruct nothing; some parts are missing or broken.The processes of assembly are torturous. The instructions do not underline the really important processes: if you just follow that, you will either encounter some hidden dangers while riding in the future or find yourself needing to start over the assembly. I consider myself to be fairly experienced in assembly, since I do lots of designing, operating, and repairing some cutting-edge instruments in science, while the assembly still takes me about 3 hours.

Beautiful and Sturdy
Beautiful sturdy bike! I loved this bike, but for my 5”2 height and petite size, bike is too heavy for me to lift into my van to take places and straddle bar too high to straddle. I sold this to a friend who loves it and have reordered a lighter bike without the second straddle bar. A step through design. It really is attractive and so sturdy! Hated to let it go. I had no problems with assembling. Directions are better than most, comes with tool you need and took about 45 min.
