Great backpack
Holds everything a junior high school could need

Cute but horrible quality
My 5th grader loved the love of the bag but after 2 days of use (only carrying a folder, workbook, and water bottle) the zipper broke and the seams came apart. Thinking it was a faulty product we ordered a replacement and it also fell apart 2 days later.

Cute backpack
Bought for my 5th grade daughter. She chose it and loved it. It is a very nice back pack.Unfortunately our backpack had a zipper issue : Both zippers on the main line have failed thus rendering the back pack unusable.I was past the return date, however the seller offered to refund me and did so.Sometimes products can have an issue. This Seller sorts you out.Thank you.

Spacious size
My daughter LOVED this backpack and the size and color were great. Unfortunately, the zipper busted. She has a heavy school load. Customer service was great and responded to my zipper issue right away.

Zipper broke in a month
My daughter is a sophomore and does carry a normal amount of books and things for school.The main compartment zipper broke within a month. There was no way to salvage it and the return window was closed. It is a super cute bag, just not durable

It is cute and spacious, but after 4 months of school the main zipper broke and had to replace the backpack with a new one.
