I purchased this for my dog as an outdoor playpen. I was really nervous about purchasing this because there were scary negative reviews. there was also reviews that mentioned it was a pain to get a return processed. I purchased it anyway and wished for luck. I was pleasantly surprised when my item arrived.1. It was two days early2. It came with all the pieces the same size, quantity and quality- no broken pieces.3. It came with complete instructionsAfter assembling I put my dog in the crate. I love it. Here’s why1. The panels are all welded and assembled prior to arrival. While it’s not made out of a heavy duty metal it has sturdy enough panels where my dog can’t press up against the cage and wiggle out the bottom.2. It was super easy to put together.3. It’s not ugly.Some warnings*Bigger dogs and rambunctious dogs beware. It could probably hold a toddler but not a dog who is in a frenzy.* it was pricy but after I shopped around this was the best priced one. I feel it could be a little cheaper or the quality could be improved to a more sturdy quality for the price I paid for this pen.You may want to purchase zip ties, steaks to stake the fence down. Paint to repaint or give a thicker paint job on the fence.

We bought this for a dog of ours that has got to agressive to be in out house with our other dogs. I sugest the larger one if u have a dog bigger then a corkie. This is just the right size for our small xl bullie. It took my boyfriend 2 hours to put it togther. We plan to lay a concrete slab under it for easy cleaning. The tarp at the top is good quality. Its not too heavy so if u had a large dog i sugest to anchor it down. The door is easy to use. closes and shuts with no issue. All and all i would buy again. It doesnt look tacky and it has made our house safer.

Decent size, I should've ordered alittle larger but that's on me. Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy once assembled. 30 inch tall toddler for size comparison

I have 8 of these from different manufacturers. They are all great and are easy to put up. 1 person can assemble if you're patient. Me and my husband can put them up in about 10 minutes. The roof fabric will last IF you have a dog that cannot jump high. I have 2 Labradors that have pogo sticks for legs, so those roofs need replacing with plywood or metal. Overall excellent value, and no parts were missing from ANY that I've bought so far.

My item arrived damaged and repackaged. When I opened the item it was used. All of the post ends are dented and paint is missing and with the rust this item because of this it was definitely used and I got someone else’s trash. Paint is completely removed. It is rusty and dented. Paint is chipped off in all of the panels and every single post is damaged. One entire panel is rusted out. Item was recvd while moving and is not eligible for replacement after one month.

I've been using this kennel for only three weeks and have it sitting upon a bedrock of crushed gravel, so not really touching dirt. It is already starting to rust all around the lower areas of the kennel. I'm thinking about returning it while there is still time (a hassle for me), or just buy a few cans of black Rustoleum spray paint to rectify the problem. Tried to contact the seller about this problem but can't get through using the obvious channels here on Amazon. Other than that... it was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough for my standard poodle puppy. If you plan to use it indoors you'll probably be happy with it. I just initiated a return and now see this return policy > "This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns." Well, it's not in it's original condition I've used it and IT HAS RUST. Does that mean i'll receive a PARTIAL or NO refund?? Also, I see that my original cost for shipping will not be refunded AND I am required to pay for return shipping. AVOID THIS SELLER.

This was fairly easy to assemble and set up. I put it up on a flat level concrete pad, so that helped. My little Aussie isn't a fence climber or escape artist, so it suits him for the purpose of an outdoor area during the day (I set it up next to the house so that he can use the doggie door to come and go into the covered breezeway). I ended up wiring the outside kennel door shut because it is particularly flimsy and doesn't fit tight. This would not keep an aggressive climber or escape artist in, but is nice for a little hang out spot for non challenging dogs. I think it would also be easy to dig under or push under if not on a non yielding surface.

This is a great kennel. Sturdy and was easy to assemble. I have had it for quite some time now and it holds up. No issues at all. The cover is great to protect from the sun. I really recommend this kennel.
