I love this product! I got the one for 6.5. Mama isn't that tall but this pillow extends from her mid thigh and past her foot. This allows her stroke foot to be supported instead of dangling off. This also allows for the leg to be bent at the knee a little for more comfort. It is not too thick and provides just the right amount of cushioning between knees and ankles to prevent pressure sores from developing. We have tried different types of pillows and wedges but this is by far the best.

Great for side sleepers. Nice size, good support and just the right thickness.

Works great, but needs to be fluffed up often, and is awkward if you switch sides when you sleep.

When I opened the package and let it fluff out, I was initially optimistic. It seemed perfect, until I went to try it. What purpose is a 6.5" tall pillow if it squishes down from the weight of your leg to nearly nothing? It's soft and nice to lay with, but it doesn't serve the purpose of keeping my hips aligned. I personally didn't find it too heavy as others mentioned, but it needs to be firmer for sure.

And then it flattened out. At first, I was very pleased with this purchase but after the first night of using it, I was disheartened and disappointed. It seemed super fluffy and lofty and like it would give support. After using it for one night, it was flat and offered little support. The weight of my legs compresses the foam in the pillow so that there is no real support given all through the night. I haven't returned it and won't as I did use it so I don't feel that returning it would be appropriate. There is no real way to test it without removing it from the package as it comes rolled up in plastic.
