Have to do some rehab on neck and shoulder and used some bands at the facility. Ordered these for at home and so far they have worked very well. Received within 2 days and they do have a variety of resistance.

I purchased this product to work on my physical therapy exercises when I was not at the clinic. It has the same strength bands as the Theraband brand but they are different colors. It is less expensive than Theraband and you get the same results. I highly recommend it.

These bands are a great way to do strengthening exercises. They come exactly as described and work fantastic for strength training.

My son needed to improve ankle strength after an injury. He is using the lowest resistance. He is 10, and is having no issues. I will be using the other heavier bands to help with toning my arms to start with. Good price and good variety in the resistance strengths.

I have been using these bands for sometime now. I am still on the red one low resistance but I am steadily working my way up; eventually use the others.
