Soft, smells okay, light weight, tangle free, no shedding, good quality.

This hair is not 12" as advertised. It has a bunch of broken pieces on the ends that can't be used. You can't layer/stack or feed it in it for length because it's a bunch of scrap pieces. It has orange in it so how is that natural black? It looks more like dark brown and orange. Very deceptive and disappointing! These packs arrived today and are a little better but have short balls of pieces too.

Excellent! It’s bulk so you lose some but relatively small amount. No smell. Super soft texture. Easy to use and the length is exactly as they say. It’s so lightweight it feels like almost nothing and NO ITCHING like with synthetic hair. Given the lead and chemicals in a lot of synthetic hair this is a no brainer for me and it looks great!

Nice hair does have shedding. Doesn’t smell bad but I always wash my hair before using. Make sure to order and extra bulk because different size pieces. Doesn’t tangle much

The hair was soft and beautiful. However, 2 of my 3 packs was full of chopped up pieces, about 20%. The style I wanted should have taken 2.5 pack and not 3. My natural hair is maybe and inch or half and inch shorter then the 14in hair I brought. The style I wanted was small and natural looking braids that I can still put a unit on for business purposes. I love the look. It's very natural and light. I wanted loose curly ends but my hair is too long and just puffs at the end. So I'll go back in, in a few days to fully braids down on my ends.

I used this hair to start my locs and man did I love it! Sooo soft! So beautiful. Smells great , quality is amazing , I wash it , conditions , add curling products and all and no tangling , the length is true how every please remember it is human hair and it’s soft so you will have to piece it all together .

Not worth the money & doesn’t look like human hair when wet. When I received the hair, the texture was soft but then I started pulling apart the hair and it doesn’t look like 18 inches even when stretched out. There’s also been a lot of shedding while I was getting the style done that I desired (natural twists with extensions). My stylist used 4 bags of hair just for it to not look full at all. It also started slipping out of my hair because of how soft it is, but my stylist is going to try again with a thicker hair. I’m not impressed with this at all, definitely not worth $50. Get the hair at the beauty supply instead 😂.
