Gaming broke my gaming laptop…
Loved the product until one day while gaming it shut off unexpectedly. Then when I let it cool and tried to turn it back on, it failed to turn on and I saw sparks flashing inside of it. Otherwise, 5 stars. Could handle all the games I wanted to play on it. Well… maybe…

Garbage that doesn't load simple websites properly, do not buy
Seems to have serious issues with the graphics card or processor. Upgraded the RAM to 64 GB and it still only loads small squares of screens especially when loading web browsers. Complete garbage, would return if I could but too late now. Will never order from them again.

Great PC but...
Amazing PC. Runs pretty much any game on high/ultra if clocked. sounds like an actual jet engine but it does well.My only issue is the power supply I received with the PC is 135w, which is FAR below the requirement to properly run the PC, so after about 2-3 weeks of use, the charger gave out.
