Only had it a week, but this monitor seems to be well worth it. A good combination of size, resolution and color at a great price.

I have a 29" desk to standing desk converter. I didn't like my dual screen setup, so I shopped around for a few months to find a ultrawisde unit that was under $250. I had a few criteria:1080p120 Hz3000 contrast ratio minimumThis monitor popped up on my eBay and Newegg recommended lists. I purchased it from Amazon because they have a solid return policy, but the price difference between sites was minimal.Packaging: Thick foam to protect the monitor. Unless excessively rough handling, this monitor would get to your door undamaged. Came with setup instructions, screws and a screwdriver, as well as a DP 1.2 cable.Setup/Initial Impressions: Literally 5 minutes and it was on and rocking. I have an AMD graphics card so I enabled Freesync from the monitor menu and switched to 120Hz refresh rate in Windows.The panel itself had no dead pixels. The colors out of the box we're washed out, yes. But after less than 10 minutes of fiddling with the settings and I found a comfortable color level that gets rid of that washed out feeling. I had to turn down the brightness too, seared my damn eyes off the bat.Why 5 stars then if it isn't perfect? Because it offers a good amount of value for the price. You will not be disappointed if you want a great productivity monitor. Gaming on this guy is wonderful, a vast improvement over my old 22" 60Hz monitor. It looks so clean and minimal as well, should fit nearly any room aesthetic. For $225, feel confident in your buy.I'll keep this review updated if issues arise and how Viotek handles it.

Excellent monitor I love reading on it

Pixel Density- looks good, not a retina display but resolves small text fairly well. Came with one dead pixel, which you can only really notice when the screen is all one color.Brightness- great, I use the monitor in a sunny room and I never have troubleMatte finish- the finish on the monitor diffuses glare, so you never have to stare through reflections.Speakers- don't work. I don't know if this model has the actual hardware for sound output. There are settings for it, but it may be software that is only applicable to other models. . Tried all the tricks- enabling in monitor settings, enabling in computer settings, different data cables... speakers are broken. I don't mind because I use a headset for work calls, but when I'm not using headphones I have to use my computer speakers.Size- Awesome! I was going to get two monitors, but the size is great- plenty of screen real estate to spread outAll in all its a great monitor. I took off a star for the dead pixel and the non-working speakers. I purchased for around $280 which is pretty good for a 34 inch monitor. I would recommend.

Update Apr 2021, I have now bought 2 of these monitors. I am continually impressed with the quality, size, and price.When I was shopping for this monitor on Amazon, it was priced lowest among its competitors with the same attributes I was looking for, curved screen, gaming, ulta wide. . I was hesitant as I though I might be getting a really cheaply built product. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Very well made, the colors are crisp and vibrant, and the monitor looks and feels very relevant to my space. So far the work and games we use it for have worked spetacularly. I am already looking at buying the second one for the other computer space in our home.

I had read a few bad reviews and was skeptical, but the price was amazing for this type of monitor, and I took a shot at it. If your gonna game on it I am sure it is a good experience...maybe not great as this isn't a high refresh rate monitor or anything.. I don't use it to game with, but as far as production at work...it is extremely useful! I am able to use multiple screens with ease, just as if I had 2 monitors or more. This monitor has 2 image input option. You can put both inputs out on the monitor screen at once. Which is another cool multitasking option. Maybe for streaming or something. I am very happy with this monitor and hope it last. The other reviews say after 2 months the had issues. I have had mine about 3 weeks and it has been working perfectly fine. I will update if I have any troubles.

I waited two months to write this review… I initially purchased two of these monitors for a secondary office location. They do not get used much. One of the two worked great at first. The other blinked nonstop (regardless of hdmi or display port used). They did replace that unit at no cost to me, which I appreciate. The third monitor works great. Now the remaining monitor from the original purchase has to be restarted continuously or it will show lines through the display. Out of three total, one appears to be good quality for the price. But I anticipate I will be replacing these with a higher quality set in the near future.

First order arrived with one spot having dead pixels. Reached out to customer service and another one was sent almost immediately! Currently using it and wondered to myself where it's been all my life! Easy menu navigation, bright and crystal clear display as well. I mounted it and my workspace now looks amazing!
