This is Lactococcus Lactis Probiotic Powder supplement from Vitamatic brand. Vitamatic is a good, well known brand. This supplement only has 1 ingredient: Lactococcus Lactis. No fillers. No additives, just the probitic. There are 100 servings per bag. The resealable bag is nice. You can mix the powder in anything you want to take it. This is a clean, simple probitic without any crazy additives! We strongly recommend!

dissolves well
This Lactococcus Lactis Probiotic Powder dissolves well. I put it in 8 oz of water and drink on an empty stomach. Do not eat for 1-2 hours . That is very important. I am seeing some improvements, already.
