A primer on strategic thinking
"Game Theory Unbound" does a great job of making game theory accessible and relatable to the reader who is entirely new to the subject. The author provides a wealth of real-life examples illustrating the decision-making calculus that individuals and groups must go through to get to the best outcomes in life. What I found most gratifying about the book is that while it does teach us to think strategically, it also dwells on the fact that the games we play don't necessarily have to be competitive or zero-sum. If we can frame the situation as a cooperative game, then we tend to get the best outcomes for all involved, and the best policy-making decisions are those that encourage cooperation between the participants. At a somewhat deeper level, there is also something to be said for learning how to put yourself in the minds of other players, and I think it's fair to say that game theory invites us to explore the dynamics of social interactions, and examine what our own actions mean to other people within the overall scheme of things.

Amazing Self-Help Book
Do you like being lectured to? That's how I feel about most self-help books are structured. Someone has grandiose ideas, but there are no actual strategies on how to implement them. This text is really different in that it actually helps you with strategies and techniques that can be utilized at work, home, school, basically everywhere.I didn't even know game theory was a real thing until now. I learned about behaviors, relationships, decision-making, and interactions. There's a lot here with over 200 pages, and it is very easy to follow and understand. Game theory, Bayesian games, and zero-sum situations are very complex, but they somehow break it down into digestible pieces.I'm most excited about using rational decision-making and utilizing long-term strategies opposed to short-term gains that may evaporate quickly and without notice. The author gets all of these points across in a logical manner, and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to get better, be better, and make a positive impact in families, communities, and businesses.Well done A+++++

Decent starting point for beginners
"Game Theory Unbound" simplifies complex game theory concepts for everyday use. While the book provides a solid introduction to strategic thinking, it sometimes feels repetitive and overly ambitious in its promises. The practical examples are useful, though they can be a bit simplistic for those looking for deeper insights. Overall, it's a decent starting point for beginners, but seasoned strategists might find it lacking in depth.
