So I bought one of these from a different manufacturer and it just wasn't comfortable. This one is 100% better! It is softer, taller, provides lumber support with the roll pillow, and the arms are perfect for resting my arms when holding a book. I wish it came in more colors. The gray doesn't match my bed at all, but I still love it.The first one I tried was not even usable for the arms and hurt my back.

I really like this back rest. I use it on the bed to prop me up while breast feeding my daughter and I have to say that it is super comfortable and supportive. It’s got a good firmness that you don’t feel like your sinking but it’s still soft and will cushion you.the head pillow is detachable and I do like it on, maybe I’m just not always the brightest bulb but I can’t get it to stay on stop even after buttoning it

I got something like this on Easter Sunday in the 70s. It was orange corduroy and had a SPACE:1999 book in each pocket. I loved that thing and took it everywhere. Finally, the poor thing gave up. No amount of patching and refilling was going to save it this time. It was gone.Fortunately, we found this lovely thing and I absolutely love it. Many more books to read, movies to watch and music to listen to while leaning back on this.

I am a bit disappointed because it does not stand up by itself without being propped up against a wall. It falls and rolls backwards. I wish it was sturdier.

The rating supports the quality, durability, But in my case, the size is too large. My intent was to try to stabilize the sitting experience for my 91 year old mother. The goal was to minimize the opportunity for my mom, to lean one direction to the other in her chair. But the problem is, the size doesn't give my mom much room to sit in the chair. She as back problems, it provides a comfortable back support. We need to keeping looking for something much thinner . . .
