I have read other reviews say this was hard to put together, which is unfolding the accordion pleats and putting in some tabs. It is not as sturdy as a regular filter but it saves storage room and shipping cost.I order two at a time, and when replace the old ones. Time to order more, just put them in the attic out of the way, instead of a 20 by 20 by 8 box to carry to the attic, its maybe 6 x 5 x 20.

I’ve bought this exact product twice a year for the past 6 years. The first time I had to learn how to assemble it, but after that it was easy. I agree with other reviewers that this is a great value over what a service company charges for essentially the same product. My service tech told me it was a good product and it’s definitely catching a lot of stuff that I would otherwise be breathing, based on how dirty it gets from use.

After purchasing a replacement air filter from another source that was supposed to be the correct size, I found it wouldn't fit correctly. Through Amazon, I was able to find exactly the filter I needed. I had a little trouble assembling it, but the key was to be patient with it. Once assembled, the filter fit perfectly and is doing its job well.

I really like this product- it is relatively simple to put together- I used a YouTube video and it took 5 minutes. I like that they are folded up accordian-style for storage- they take up way less room and minimizes the chance of them being punctured while sitting in the garage. Will definitely continue to order 2 or 3 at a time.

Assembly is required but it took me maybe 10 minutes at most. Next time I'll be able to knock it out in half the time. These are exactly like the ones in my A/C units (2) so the fit was perfect. I'll definitely get these again with in the next 6 months.

I was at first caught of guard. I did not expect to assemble the filter. But the assembly was easy.

This product you have to put together, we had to use tape as it would not stay together.

Have been using these filters for my Carrier heating/conditioning system for 3 years with no problems.
