looks like the original and it works so far. May need to come back later to reevaluate if it fails as some other buyer of similar product stated

Worthless - Easily Breaks
This only lasts about a month before it stops working. The first one was exchanged because it stopped working and would only let hot water flow through making it impossible to adjust the water temperature. I assumed it was just defective. The second did the same thing. Spend the extra money and get the Pfister brand replacement. The temperature regulating valves are metal on that one unlike the plastic on this one.

Hit and miss
I’ve bought a few of these from different vendors. The latest one (here) is worse then the old one I replaced. It doesn’t mix the hot and cold water properly. It is all cold until you move the lever to about 75% hot and then it is all hot water. When you turn it back down to about 25% it is all cold water. You can hear a click when it switches over. If you move the lever back and forth several times it might start working, but it could be after 5 tries or 50 tries or not at all and you give up and take a really hot shower.
