Very satistfied
I’ve Been using the Alorair HDi65s for about a month now in my crawspace, I have it set to 45%, for the first week, it ran quite a bit working at removing deeper moisture in joists I guess, but now it runs much less and maintains below 45 easily. So far a great machine, and had very little impact on my electric bill that I can tell. I connect to the unit with the app, to see status.I also have a second hydrometer on WiFi in the crawspace for comparison, both show equally. That’s being said, there is one more thing worth mentioning; from time to time, the app will lose connection to the HDi65s, I can’t tell if it dropping from my WiFi, or if the app first has to reach an alorair server and fails. Either way, it will usually reconnect after a day or so, and then no issues for a while. Note; This issue doesn’t effect performance, it only effects monitoring, and corrects itself.Overall, it’s a fantastic product so far, very glad that I went with this one, even after reading some not so great reviews, I give it a 10 out of 10 for doing what it should by removing moisture from the crawspace.

Alorair Sentinel HDi65S
I purchased the Sentinel at the end of September 2024 and installed it in our crawl space using the Alorair Hanging Kit. The Hanging Kit, while pricey for the parts etc., was easy to install. I recommend having two people to lift and move the Sentinel, and adjust the Hanging Kit.Downloading the Alorair-C App and connecting the Sentinel HDi65S unit to the App was seamless at the time, and I was able to monitor the humidity levels via my iphone over the course of the last month plus.Yesterday, Nov 4th, I experienced a power outage and loss of wifi, and while all of my other wifi related utilities reconnected fine, the HDi65S did not. I was unable to reconnect the Alorair-C App to the Sentinel any longer. The App was frozen regardless of my attempts to log-in, create a new login password, and create a new account. After numerous attempts I sent an e-mail explaining the circumstances to support@alorair.com and Ryan Y was able to reset my account. As soon as I used the username and password I was able to immediately connect the Alorair-C App to the Sentinel HDi65S. Aside from the app issues the unit has worked very well. I'm pleased with its performance and like being able to observe the humidity level with the Alorair-C App.

App Complaint
Dehumidifier works good but the app is junk. Just buy the base model and a 15$ humidity sensor with an app. The Alorair app wont even let me log in. No customer service

Crawlspace dehumidifier
Is pretty much plug-in for the most part. But if you have a larger house you will need multiple units because this one is only rated for I believe 1300 ft.².

Super high quality and highly efficient
these work so much better than the standard consumer dehumidifiers. Stop wasting your money on that junk and buy one of these. they are slightly louder than consumer version and about double the cost but use very little electricity and move way more moisture. They are so much more efficient in the long run.

Works great
Got this to put in my crawl space after installing a vapor barrier. Works great, makes my crawl space warm and dry. I initially had some issues getting it connected to the app (some glitch with the app), but once I got it to sync, it makes controlling the unit remotely a breeze. Only thing that could be improved in the app is that it should allow you to set a schedule for the dehumidifier's run cycle.

Super working for the whole house
We bought this to go under the house but I can't take it out of the basement bedroom quite yet because it works on the whole house if I leave the doors open. I have the hose running into the shower drain. It hasn't rid of the musty smell but it definitely has eliminated any rust on guns, sticky floors, and moldy stuff. A little expensive for what gets really made for but it's an investment and works like a champ.

Performs well.
I was experiencing very bad mold issues around my garage space due too somesevere water leaks.I bought this dehumidifier and since the beginning I’ve liked that it’s a small unit and easy to move around. I'm very pleased with how well it has performed so far.Mold issues have decreased and I have noticed some improvement in the quality of the air around that area.Instructions made the installation easy to do.Recommended.
