Product itself is good, easy to install, just make sure you buy the separate control box.-1 star: 32803-066 is what arrived instead of a 42803-066. The only difference is the refrigerant between the two. Please make note of this-2 stars: Product arrived damaged. No way of telling if it came from the factory this way, or if this was fedex’s doing. Either way, quality control needs to be done and it needs to be packaged better.The plastic shroud over the condenser was cracked. We are lucky that the unit is still functional.Would be 5 stars if it weren’t for these issues, it was a very easy replacement for the incredibly old 8333B676

Excellent replacement unit. This unit has more cooling power than the unit it replaced, I believe due to an upgrade in the fan and compressor. It is noisier than the original, but that is not a problem for me. Easy installation - plug and play. Keep in mind that the unit as ordered comes without a control module or the interior hardware so when changing out, you must use your existing.. Happy with the order. I'm giving 4 stars because the unit was not packed as well as it should have been. It should have been secured to the pallet that it came on and due to that, it moved in the box and had minor damage upon arrival. I was able to repair the slight damage myself and install the unit without a problem. Seller should address this issue in future shipments.
