Mediocre. Inefficient, drains my 24v 100ah pack in 30 mins
Very poor AC. Mine has a issue in gave to take it apart since I waited too long to return it before opening..Heat dont work. It uses way too much current on batteries its a battery drainer. My other 13,000btu mini split is WAY more efficient and blows 2x the air.The exterior and design is superb on this. But it uses 900w or more (I'll test soon and update it on here with a video if I can fix it!) And is a waste of energy.Honest review from a Electrical and HVAC expert. I'll find the truth soon I'm taking it off tomorrow and into it next week!Heliarc Channel YT!

A little bit of an over sell.
This is the last message I’ve sent to the seller and hope they have taken my suggestions to heart:The installation instructions are incomplete and the pictures are too dark to see what the descriptions are explaining. After several days of messaging back and forth with the seller, I’ve managed to get the unit to work properly, however, I still don’t believe it puts out enough heat volume to support the claim of 4500 watts and I’ll even go as far to say the same applies for the claim of 10000 btu for the air conditioner. I think 3000 watts and 8000 btu, respectively, would be more accurate.I’ve installed it on a 40 ft. motorhome and had an area in the center of the vehicle that was difficult for the original system of two 15,000 btu ducted units to maintain, so I was not looking for something of high performance. This unit is adequate for the situation but no more.I appreciate all your assistance and hope you take my suggestions on the videos seriously. I wish you well in your future endeavors.3 months update:Now that I’ve had a chance to give the unit a good workout, I stand by initial assessments. I think that the 3star rating may have even been a little bit generous, especially taking into consideration the exaggerated and misleading claims made by the seller concerning the performance of their product. They claim to have had it retested and lowered the BTUs by a significant amount. If I could have done something differently with the large hole I now have in my roof and improve my AC/Heating situation I would have definitely returned this item.

12v, AC & Heater that fits through 14in x 14in Standard Roof Hole
Just ordered this yesterday Wednesday to arrive Sunday. What attracted me to this unit was that it operates at 12v, has both AC and Heater capacity, and will use a standard 14inch x 14inch roof hole already cut out for many mobile home or van dwellers.I also like it's amp range from 30Amp to 60Amp.The btu rating us higher than needed, but currently have a 9000 btu unit which works if your standing right under it. So I look forward to the 10K btu capacity. So, that's it for now. When I get it installed, I'll update the review.
