High Quality Foam Block
If you practice any kind of posture alignment therapy and want a really cohesive exercise session this foam block is the ONE thing you need to really accomplish the pain relief and strengthening that comes with static (lying down) exercises. It's so great to not have to use a chair or other piece of furniture which can be cumbersome and distracting while doing your routine.

Just perfect!
I do the E-cises that Pete Egoscue described in his book pain free. This bl9ck is perfect for doing the exercises. The block arrived on time and was well packed. I highly recommend it.

Quality item
We try and buy quality products as opposed to the cheaper disposable items that are so readily available and this item has met and even exceeded our expectations. We purchased this for use with other Pain Free At Sea exercise equipment. The company owner Lisa has quickly answered our questions in a friendly and helpful manner. I have not received any form of compensation to write this review and endorse Lisa and her company without reservation. Thank you.

Quality & Usefulness
Before I purchased this product, I did my research and even tried another similar to the one at "Pain-Free At Sea." Unquestionably, this one is the Best (which is the one I finally purchased & and now, proudly own) that I highly recommend. I thought to myself, that the R&D that was implemented could only have been done by someone within the Company, who takes pride in the products they offer. and stand by. The overall product is great. Not only in the look of the product itself, which is a thing of beauty but the sturdiness with which it allows for proper functionality is quite noticeable. The way it was fabricated, from the Fabric to the stitching that was used, was so well thought out, that the final product is Exceptional. Now, a Follow-up after 2 or 3 months of daily use. I am again, so glad I chose this piece from "Pain At Sea" It has proven to be as I suspected, that it is quite Sturdy and reassuring that it will last for a very long time with very little Maintennance. It definitely deserves the 5 Stars I Give it.

Use it daily for Static Back
I first got a large foam block several years ago, but it doesn't have the straps. I use it daily for Static Back - an amazingly simple but effective position to help maintain good alignment and keep back pain at bay. The block is light weight, easy to move around and it's perfect for the Static Back position. However, as I've gotten older (into my 70s) it's gotten harder, after getting down on the floor, to get the block correctly positioned under my legs, so having the straps will help. The color of the outer cover material of my first block is a darker blue (which I prefer) compared to this new block which is a lighter blue.

Works wonderful
Kinda Pricy but looks better than a chair or cardboard box. I do wish I could βstoreβ relatable posture pillows & bands inside the large unit of foam.Thank You

Best exercise blockπ©·
This rectangle box is very supportive, not heavy yet sturdy, allows me to do floor exercises efficiently BUT BEST OF ALL there are tabs that help you move it closer or away from you when you are laying on floor. Plus a handle on top. Made my exercise time so much less hassle. Love it!

my back feels better already and I've only used to twice
I am an arthritic 60 plus year old woman who sleeps poorly. Many morning my body looks like a giant question mark when I get out of bed. My trainer introduced me to Egoscue, a discipline of stretch and strength training for pain relief. One the basic pieces of equipment is a large foam block It's used for postural realignment I lie on the floor with my legs draping over the block at a 90 degree angle. I stay there until feel my back and hips relax into the floor. I go through a series of exercises and start my day eating one less Advil or one less Tylenol. The model I bought is a firmer foam then the one I used to use at my pandemic ally locked up gym. This is a good thing. It also has a handle attached to it so its eaeier to move then the plain block I used at the gym.I heartily recommend the Pain Free at Sea large block
