5 stars! The taste is excellent, with minimal symptoms as far as adjusting. I'm not a fan of gummies (fruit snacks, etc.), but I can take these. I was surprised by these vitamins. I didn't think they were doing anything - I didn't feel insane amounts of energy or grow my hair down my back, but when I ran out I realized they had been working! Beware of that. Order the next round when you're on your last 1-2 weeks! After ending these, I felt so tired and completely drained. I could not keep my eyes open, y'all! I was falling asleep during meetings at work, and when walking in the hallways! I was in a slump, a total narcoleptic. The good news, however, was I perked back up as soon as I took them again. I did notice brighter and more supple skin, less hair shedding overall, and I guess I was receiving an energy boost because I was able to function though my day.Note: I do take a magnesium supplement at night when taking them. I take the vitamin D in the morning along with the hair, skin, and nails vitamins.

Chewable vitamins are delicious, and I'm not sure if they're helping my hair, but my nails have improved.
