Remove your DisplayLink driver by using the following software: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?d=64 2. Reinstall the Windows Driver using the following software: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1404 3. Restart your laptop. ●If your Windows laptop us saying “Device Not Recognized”, or the blinking is happening on a Mac laptop, please do the follwoing: Please connect a USB hub to the laptop, and then connect the Duex Pro to the hub. Q: Can two mobile pixels duex’s be mounted at once to use it as a triple screen?

Yes, you can purchase 2 Duex Pros, and have the 3 screen experience! (Notice of the pack my answer is obviously best and stands out because of the more exciting, consumer grabbing “!” for punctuation, rather than the boring, pathetic, over used and often abused “.”.

Q: How would this work with a Microsoft Surface 4 given that the Surface 4 has a kickstand (and not a flat back)?

It can't be mounted on a Mircrosoft surface Surface Pro 6 and Surface Go due to the kickstand itself. But you could get a stand for a tablet here: https://www.mobilepixels.us/collections/accessories/products/demo-1

Q: Will it work without the installation of the driver software? My employer does not allow users to install programs on their laptops.
