I recently purchased the IP Smart TV, and I'm extremely satisfied with my decision. The picture quality is stunning with 8K, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make watching movies and shows a fantastic experience. It comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM 10bit video processing, 8K video which i think is really fantastic.The smart features are user-friendly and allow easy access to all my favorite streaming services. Setting it up was a breeze, and the remote is intuitive and responsive.It has all the necessary apps installed such as YouTube Netflix etc. The SmartTv is excellent that I can browse and watch channels.Overall, it's an excellent TV that offers great value for the price.Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. Google play store doesn't even work.Nothing loads up on the play store.The icons will never load, instead there's just an infinite spinning circle.Or will get this error "Something went wrong" if you select Top Charts.Error retrieving information from server. DF-DFERH-01.You'll never be able to see or discover any apps or games, because nothing will load.I had added a video where you can see what I'm talking about.I also included two screenshots from AIDA64 app. A Hardware Device Information app I used on this device.One screenshot shows the device info: you can see the model is X88Pro13.cky.720.LGX.F1020_1.0.0. {Just to show that the results is from this device}Ok, now scroll down (on that same screenshot) to Bluetooth version.It says this device is only Bluetooth 4 {not bluetooth 5, like how they advertise}They say in their advertisement that your supposedly able to connect gaming controllers to this box (via bluetooth)But you can't. I have an official sony brand controller and it won't even connect.Now look at my other screenshot (that shows the display results)It says that this devices Screen Resolution is only 1280 x 720.I tried contacting the seller and informed them about these issues.But they didn't seem to even really care about what I was telling them.All they did was send me a reply, telling me to reinstall the system software,with some program they included with their message to me.I don't know what they're talking about, or why you'd need to do that in the first place.I guess you'd need a computer, that you have to connect this tv box to.To reinstall their software.I don't have a computer.But if I had the money to afford a computer, I wouldn't be trying to purchase a cheap piece of junk tv box.This is the last message I received from LJ-Box saying:"Hello dear buyer.Sorry for the late reply. I asked the engineer to try to switch the VPN network to US, they tested it and told me there is no play mall unavailable, could you please try to restore the box to factory settings and disconnect the power and network and reconnect the power and network to see if it works.Best regards"What they're saying makes no sense.What does switching VPN network to US have to do with anything?You can't use a VPN on Google Play Store. A VPN doesn't change servers on the play store.And they go on to say "they tested it and told me there is no play mall unavailable"Does that make any sense, what is that supposed to mean "there is no play mall unavailable"?That makes no sense to me.In my opinion, I feel like all this seller has done is made up things that make no sense,and just run me around in circles.I wouldn't think any customer should have to go through so much, just to try to get this box to work.This box should work like how they advertise, which it doesn't.And if it doesn't work properly, I would think that would be the manufacturers responsibility to fix.Not to have to put a customer through the ringer for them, all for nothing.This seller is a liar and a scammer and I will never deal with them ever again!

This little box is very simple to use. It's simple to set up, just like any other android device. It moves through menus fast and pages and apps load fast. The box is tiny and lightweight and will fit anywhere. HDMI connection to the TV so that's simple too. The remote is a standard for this type of box and works well with the interface. All in all a great box for media use.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of the product for a relatively low cost. My worries were unfounded. Very simple set up and the remote controls my Samsung tv with no setup. My tv is QLED and the display from the box was vibrant and sharp. Streaming was flawless with no lagging. I recently purchased a Firestick Max and this little box performs just as well if not better for half the price. Will purchase another for my guest bedroom.

Nice, easy to set up. Product loads media fast and little to no buffering. APKs work well on this device. Fast shipping, good customer service.

Miss leading advertisement. You can not watch exspensive pay channels with this item. The channels this item allows you to watch are uninteresting garbage!

Hello everyone, three years ago I bought a TV Box from this perfect seller, the TV box was very good but i needed somehelp to solve some minor issue with it and I contacted the seller and he solved it right on the spot , recently he has a new TV Box posted for sale and bought it couple of weeks ago, I am so happy for the updates and devolpments it has and the new added channels that it has and also happy that it is booting faster now and so far it has no issues at all, it is the Box to use to watch TV and enjoy it. I do thank the seller for his great service and fast responce

Box is aggravating as hell. Netfix is unusable. Cannot scroll to select any movies. Update did not fix it. Constantly have to switch to mouse and back to use apps. I have owned a multitude of different android boxes and never had any of these problems.
