I ordered this for my coffee I am not disappointed very good cinnamon flavor. You just have to figure out how much flavor you like.

Has a funny side taste to it. I really like the cinnamon oil for making hot toothpicks.

I make a special drink every morning and it calls for cinnamon. I find it works much better for me to use a liquid product instead of a powder and this works just great.

I purchased this to add to my icing for my sugar cookies and it worked great! It is not nearly as powerful as I expected it to be but that’s honestly a good thing. The taste is great and you get a ton of cinnamon extract.

I purchased this cinnamon extract, to add to my homemade coffee creamers, it smells really good however, it is clear, which is not what I expected for something, claiming to be an extract, then I realized it is made with alcohol, water, glycerin, and cinnamon oil, so this is not a direct extract which is fine.I purchased this with making a cinnamon roll coffee creamer in mind however, this cinnamon extract is closer to a red hot or cinnamon gum, rather than a mild, cinnamon stick, or cinnamon powder for baking.Because it is closer to a spicy cinnamon flavor, it doesn’t exactly work in my coffee creamer and doesn’t offer me the correct flavor profile.

I bought it to flavor homemade hard candy with, and it's perfect. It's not spicy hot, just a good cinnamon taste that I'll probably use in my baking as well. Will definitely order again.

I cannot have cinnamon (but the extract is fine) due to a health issue and this is the best replacement I have found. I highly recommend it.

Finding this product has been wonderful. I can not have solid cinnamon for medical reasons and have been unable to find anything similar in the small town I live in recently. While not as strong as some cinnamon extracts I have used before it has a much better flavor. There is no bitterness and no acrid aftertaste just pure cinnamon. I am very grateful to have this product.
