The media could not be loaded. We bought this to live stream our cornhole events. The setup, operation, zoom and focus of this camera are all amazing. We used the provided USB dongle and at a distance of 20ft worked perfect. You can also hardwire the camera. I had a few questions for the Tongveo customer service team prior to purchase and they were prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this camera

We bought this to install in our 20'x30' conference room. It's mounted on the 30' wall to capture the entire 12-seat conference table. It was the simplest device yet that I've connected to my laptop... genuine plug and play! The "maiden voyage" was a conference yesterday with 9 people at the table and 3 remote via Zoom. It worked perfectly!We used the companion Tongveo Bluetooth Speakerphone Conference Microphone on the center of the table. The meeting went off without a hitch!! Everything worked right out of the box. Excellent video and sound quality. The zoom/pan on the camera works perfectly. Extremely pleased - I'd recommend this setup to anyone with a conference room and needs that are comparable to ours.

The camera being usb made it easy to connect to the computer, but the usb connection seems to be the culprit for disconnecting from the livestreaming software. We used 2 or 3 different streaming applications on 2 different computers (the latter being a high-powered gaming laptop with high quality video card) and had the same issue. When we would change presets on the camera, the image on the computer would go black and never return. Sometimes it would work, but almost every Sunday, we would have to restart the streaming software at some point in order for the camera to reconnect. It took months to determine that it was the camera, so the return and support windows closed long before we knew. We've gone back to a different camera and it works flawlessly. NOT Recommended for livestreaming, but could be useful in other applications.Update 5/31: Company reached out and graciously offered replacement or refund even though the normal return/support window has long passed. Great customer service earns them the extra stars.

This thing just works. Out of the box connected with no fuss. For just a little more than a good laptop-riding camera, this thing brings PTZ functionality + wireless functionality (wireless video feed. the camera obviously needs power). I'm not using it in a commercial capacity, so I can't speak to how much abuse it might take. And I'm also not sure how it would in a multi-camera situation. But as a single camera used for zoom calls, It has been great, so far. I do use a separate dedicated microphone.

Awful return process, not like what I am used to; product did not function properly now I’m stuck waiting on this process before I can get a different cam and get back to work. This camera rivals the more expensive ones that are similar to it. I’ve tested it throughly with MS Teams, Zoom and as just a webcam.It has a very smooth zoom, great picture quality and quickly finds faces in a meeting room. The footprint is average, about the size of the big vendor’s aging cameras I replaced.The remote works very well and has the controls clearly marked and is easy to use.I really don’t have any Cons on this unit and can highly recommend it for corporate conferencing needs. It may be less expensive but you’d never know it.I’ve evaluated several other cameras and complete platforms that are around the same price and some 10 times as much. I’d say that the more expensive platforms offer little more value.This one is also plug and play. There is virtually no setup. Within a minute of plugging it into a Windows workstation it was up and running without a reboot. Nice!It has many extra ports as well so it’s very expandable.I haven’t tried it with any control boards but it does support industry standard protocols so I would expect it to work well with them.Overall this is a 5 star unit and I’ll be buying more if available.

I am adding to my review to let everyone know that this seller has done everything possible to send me the appropriate cable, ONCE I was able to contact them. I have nothing but good things to say about this seller and their immediate response to me. I only wished Amazon was as proactive in the beginning. Once I was given the contact info to the seller, the issue was immediately handled. I purchased this item and immediately was confronted with the fact that the electrical plug on this camera is for European current. WTF??? I have now been in contact with Amazon several times. They sent me a replacement and guess what? One more time.. European plug. Am I alone in this? And why is there no option to contact the seller??
