Small but powerful. When we received the box, I was very skeptical that it would work in our basement at all because it was so small. We started it up, and my husband set it up so it drains into our sump pump pit. Runs quietly, keeping our humidity level pretty consistent, although it does struggle sometimes after a heavy rain or snow thaw. Easy settings to use, and easy to move around on the wheels. Makes the basement much less humid and more comfortable. Overall pleased with this little machine - It has been worth the cost -

Works really well, but has a shockingly tiny compartment to hold the water. It fills up before the day ends, which isn’t ideal.

We ran into some issues with our HVAC system this past fall (which wasn't draining properly) and our house got extremely humid. While we were troubleshooting the HVAC issues this dehumidifier was a total lifesaver-- it is compact and easy to move around the house, but works quickly. We appreciated that it was relatively quiet (so didn't mind keeping it on in our living room during the day) and the auto-shut off to ensure that the unit didn't over fill. Though we figured out our HVAC issues, we have since pulled this dehumidifier out to help on especially humid days and it has worked consistently well since we purchased it last fall.

This dehumidifier is nice. Its size was just what I expected. It’s quite and it has the option to run with a drain hose or into its canister which offers flexibility. The wheels however do not come off which I don’t like so much. My other issue is, I’ve had it running for a week straight and while it is pulling moister, it’s not dropping it anything like I expected. My home is still staying humid and it’s less sqft. then what it says it is able to work in. Overall, still good for the price.

this humidifier is exactly what i was looking for,,,its not to large and does a great job in my basement. what's nice about it is the ease of operating it with the touch pad located on the top. One of its features is how quiet it is, even when on the high fan speed . I am going to buy a few more fore other parts of my home...
