The pieces are as expected, the noteworthy item here is actually the packaging. The shipping protection packaging is 'excessively good' - They come wrapped in plastic, which is wrapped in paper, which has the ends wrapped in plastic to secure the paper, then the two paper wrapped pieces are wrapped in plastic at the ends to secure them together, then the whole thing is fit inside a custom-cut box that fits the items perfectly. It's...a LOT to chuck into the recycle bin when you're done.

I needed some extra 4080 extrusion to finish my flight sim rig. These came quickly and matches the quality of the extrusions that came from RigMetal. I was able to cut them easily as well using a 100 tooth saw blade and they work well with the spring leaf connectors.

These arrived early and they were 100% scratch or ding free. The way they packed these was so secure with out any of those metal bur flakes.

This is NOT an 8020 4080 extrusion! It is some other brand with similar dimensions. Lighter material and the slots do not have the 15 degree locking lip that 8020 has. It is black, maybe anodized, but the coating is a lot thinner and more "matte" in color. Will do what you need...probably..but if you are looking for the real thing this ain't it. On the plus side, packaging was great!

I was both pleased and impressed with the two pieces recieved. Strong 4080 sections with matte black coating. The ends are cleanly finished, ends are of course unpainted, and the holes are not threaded. The parts were nicely wrapped in plastic and cardboard, however a good git of metal shavings came along for the ride.

The media could not be loaded. Not the greatest price but the length is cut and finished well. The packaging was well done to prevent damage so it showed up in great condition. If you need a particular cut length or small quantities this product is not a bad deal.
