It's about time Gluten Free people were catered for and they have done it well.
My wife likes it, what more is there to say, other than pancakes always remind me of childhood.

Excellent GF mix
Absolutely delicious. Bought for myself but my (gluten-eating) son had a pancake from the leftover mix and also loved it.I spread with butter and sprinkle of cinnamon sugar - fabulous.I need to experiment with the mix to make thinner UK-style pancakes as the ones I made were fat US-style - still lovely!

Really tasty
Loved using this product. Was sceptical at first, but as my wife is GF intolerant, I wanted to surprise her with a wee treat. And do a pancake breakfast. This mix delivered. Very tasty, light fluffy pancakes. Very happy wife. And happy me, as they taste so good.

equality for gluten free, no-one will know if not
Gluten free, ready mixed pancakes! They stay together nicely when you cook them unlike some other gluten-free products . They taste fantastic and you can make fat American pancakes or French style crèpes. All you need is some milk and eggs ...I take it minimal camping, and in extremis I can use egg replacement powder and (cow, goat, oat ...) milk powder, so I can have brilliant, nourishing pancakes every day without needing a fridge to keep it fresh.

I bought this as a little extra gift for a coeliac. I haven’t tried it myself but it was well received and apparently they taste great!
