Best I have had for rv
Works great I did go to att and got 100 gig prepaid Sim card and set up was easy and cross over from wifi to lt4 so no issues great buy

Easy to install but does not work with 90% of the campgrounds.
Installs great in my driveway, worked great connecting to my home wifi. Only works in 1 out of 10 campgrounds. Your can try setting it up with their app or laptop app and while you can MAYBE connect with the campground wifi you get no internet. If u use your phone app it consistently drops it connection to the Winegard unit and then fails to connect with the campground wifi despite constantly monitoring the connection. Laptop app works slightly better but still no connection after repeated tries. The Amazon Firestick on my RV TV inside my rv connects and streams movies just fine. DONT BUY THIS. WAIST OF MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

Unreliable - Support not overly effective
At&T 4g using Winegard plan suddenly stopped working wr have 1.7GB left on 10GB plan, but says LTE access denied. Unit reboots at random for fun and for profit. Really not a picnic when changing wifi hot spots. We are recommending other 4G and WIFI solutions to our friends. The Winegard loses the ability to talk to them at random. The winegard does a reset every time I change WIFI sources. Then my devices connect to any available source around me. Makes changing wifi sources a real pain. As I am always having to reconnect to the Winegard after it resets. Since the reset only works about half the time, I might have to reconnect to the Winegard four or five times before it decides to connect to the new source. Compared to the random reboot which is our chief issue, this is just very irritating." What is the backhaul selected (4G LTE or WiFi)"Both Depends on where I am, I travel with the Winegard. I use the AT&T 4G in some locations like where I am now in Sagle Idaho.""I bought the 10GB plan for $60 it worked fine for about two days. They are currently out of data as shown from AT&T theyâve used all 10GB (we actually allow more than they purchased). "Though we believe the Antenna was having a great time browsing the internet without our using it. There was no one else using it either as we are many miles from other people right now." The data usage, was not the question we were trying to get answered. The question is why does the antenna keep rebooting all day. It is nearly impossible to use.Winegard seems to have no desire to support us on this. We appear to be on our own. Since we sell PC, WIFI for a living, usually CISCO, TP link and Ubiquity products we will try to get this working ourselves. We will not be recommending Winegard to our customers, friends, and relatives. The support costs would be too high for us.

Works Great, After Fixing a Verizon SIM Card Issue
TIP: If you are buying a Winegard ConnecT 2.0 and you plan on installing a Verizon SIM card, contact Winegard tech support before initializing your ConnecT, to ensure your ConnecTâs current software version is compatible with Verizon. I recommend contacting them via email. Read on for more details.After installation, I found the WiFi extender to work extremely well. It pulled in a ton of WiFi network signals, although most of those were locked, but this is to be expected. The open networks I found worked well and I was able to use them without any issues. A month later I purchased a Verizon SIM card. I took my Winegard ConnecT ownerâs manual to my local Verizon store so that they could properly activate the card, using the data provided on the label of the ownerâs manual cover. After installing the SIM card, I kept getting an error message stating that my Winegard ConnecT could not connect to my Verizon data plan. After a brief email exchange with Winegard tech support, they asked me to send them a data log of my ConnecT. They then said that my current ConnecT software was not compatible with Verizon SIM cards and that they were working on a software update. In the meantime, they emailed me an older software version that IS compatible. I uploaded the older software and it works great now. I found it odd that Winegard would release a software update without properly testing it, but they were very responsive to my email and got me up and running for the time being. Iâd be giving the Winegard ConnecT 2.0 five stars if it werenât for the software issue.
