Squeaky Clean Hair and Shine
Really does give you squeaky clean hair which then soaks up conditioner to the maximum afterwards. Hair was so shiny afterwards and as someone who can suffer from itchy scalp/product irritation, no issues at all. As per some other comments, the shampoo us really thick and I had to unscrew the lid and really squeeze the bottle, however worth this annoyance as the product is so good.

Faulty goods cannot be returned!!!
Rating 0 TERRIBLE, It is so thick, it does not come through the opening. Therefore I removed the screw top, hoping that the shampoo would be able to run out. NOT A CHANCE. It is stuck in the container. I have to put a knife into the container to get any of the shampoo!!! LIVING PROOF is an expensive product and I am disgusted that I am unable to return this product. I have just seen that this cannot be returned. I have had 3 shampoos, that's all!!!!!How can I buy through Amazon if faulty produce cannot be returned?

The shampoo has leaked from the bottle
I ordered this shampoo based on good reviews, it has cost me £31 for 236 ml, I received a leaked bottle as in images attached. Too expensive for careless delivery!
