Ordered the powered awning recently to replace our current manual one & after installing today the item seems pretty good for the price, came with everything Needed to install. It’s not the best quality available but definitely worth the price overall- would have given higher star rating but the awning fabric received is reason for our current 3 star rating. The fabric itself does seem to feel somewhat more of a plastic than fabric like material so I suspect that it may not last as long as a more expensive quality one would…I get it, you get what you pay for so Im somewhat understanding on this aspect when comparing this price to some of the others lolThat being said my biggest concern is that immediately after installing we noticed that the awning fabric has several tiny holes throughout which aren’t noticeable or discoverable until it’s installed and opened fully. Not sure if we just got a bad/damaged one or if others have noticed the same thing with theirs that have purchased it. Obviously over some period of time during use these tiny holes will naturally expand thus requiring replacement sooner than normal.I’ve reached out to seller regarding these holes & am waiting for a response. (I will update with any outcome).We did end up having to pay for the labor of installing due to physical restraints on our end so I imagine we will have to pay labor again to switch it out with a replacement should the seller decide to send one.I truly wish it was possible to see these holes prior to installing so that we could have held off on the labor cost till a replacement was hopefully received lolAside from the fabric issues we are still happy with the awning itself overall as it’s much better than dealing with our previous manual awning that literally takes 2 people to open and close lol.**update- seller responded with offer to send a replacement fabric to correct the issues of the tiny holes found in original fabric received, as a result of the sellers prompt response & willingness to make things right with the customer I have increased the star rating from 3 to 5 because aside from the tiny holes in the original fabric received they are making things right & for the price you really get a great setup/product.

This awning is a great value replacement for the (overpriced} OEM awning that came on the RV! I had to replace our awning because ours was damaged because of being ripped off by a knarly vine at a campsite. I priced replacing the original awning from Camping World and the price was over $2400. And it does not have near the features this unit has. Preset stop on both extension and retraction points. (plus can be manually set to any place you like. Quality materials, both framework and awning fabric. And absolutely great customer service! I contacted them prior to purchasing just to see the cost and availability of replacement parts. Motor $120, new fabric $120 they were quick and knowledgeable. I did have to make a new switch mount (pictured above) with my 3d printer as the supplied switch is a much nicer switch than the OEM and controls the LED strip lighting also. I will gladly share the STL for you to print your own, or would print and mail you one for a moderate cost. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

Easy to install and works as designed, follow all measurements in the instructions and there should be no problems.

I received the awning but it came with no instructions or mounting hardware / bolts. Looks like good quality though.

Bought 2 replacement awnings for my trailers as the oem cost was ridiculously expensive. I had a fear of buying a awning off Amazon, however the price was right! Ended up having to pay a bit more to fed ex for customs clearance, but that was well worth it.I had asked about getting the trim to mount to the rv and the response was "comes with everything you need"Well they were right it literally comes with everything you need to install it.Would definitely recommend this awning!Install is very strait forward, definitely a 2 man job.
