I like it, it came charge, I used it for my son graduation cookout. The park didn’t have any outlets. And It played my Marshall speaker for about 6 hours, charged about 3 phones before the battery died. But I intend on using it for much more..

to test it out i run my Arctic Air portable air conditioner for 10 hours and it lost one charging bar. I give this thing a 10 out of 10.

This works great, when we opened it, it had 3 stars, I immediately hooked it up to my laptop (which is what I wanted it for, when the power goes out) and after 6 hours, it still had 2 bars. I live in the South, it gets REALLY hot here and for some reason, our power goes out everytime it storms or the wind blows. So this is PERFECT for being able to continue using out laptops and cell phones when the power goes out for just a few hours, rather than lugging out our BIG gas powered generator, for small outages. It charged pretty quick too. Im happy with my purchase so far. Let's see how it works when the power actually goes out.

I haven't used it for a long period of time but once it is charged up it should keep a charge for at least 9 hours according to the directions

Bought this to help me when I lose power in my home. The first time the power went out I turned it on (had full batteryc charge) and I plugged in my computer and wouldn't you know it... it doesn't work. The power station is displaying that it has pull power but the AC outlets do not work. I spent a lot of money, for me, on this and now I have an expensive paper weight. UPDATE: I have to stay that I am extremely impressed by this company. They personally reached out to me apologizing about what happened and offered to refund my money. Wow...you don't see companies doing that without being asked. That right there has made me a loyal customer and I definitely will be looking for another power box and I will definitely be buying from this company. Thank you for truly caring about your customers. You are truly refreshing.

Have not had to use it but great backup

I'd give it a 5 star if charge time was faster but other than that I ran my living room lamp with the led light bulb (not sure of size) for 17 hours! Love that! Tv ran 3 hours which is 68watts. Overall happy. And I honestly bought it for power outages which don't happen often where I'm at but I also cannot stand my utility company cuz they burned me for $2,800 a couple years ago so any penny that I could take out of their pocket it makes me happy and this makes me happy
