item was not unlocked I am outside the country with wife and cant contact my kids.... phone is stated unlocked NOT SOI have no way of communicating with my family and that's the purpose of buying this phone I am really upset with this purchased

Poor signal
Phone looked brand new and worked fine except almost unusable because of very poor signal reception I replaced it with a brand new S8 which works great.
