This is our #1 summer must have water toy! Beat out the new water guns we purchased. It’s been absolutely great for my son and daughter. We all have used in the ocean and at the pool! I recommend buying the 2 mitt option. Not sure how you play with just one mitt. You can definitely throw or skip the ball. However, it’s much easier to catch if throwing vs skipping. Works on your hand-eye coordination while staying refreshed in the water! 💦

Purchased as a fun way to practice baseball in the pool. My 11 yo son is a catcher and this was very functional- he had to really squeeze the mitt when we would catch the ball to keep it from popping out. We have used it in the pool as well as traveled to the beach with it and it is still in good condition. The mitts are a little large so my 8yo daughter can’t play catch with him.

Purchased these for a beach trip for our grandchildren (teens and preteens ) who are aggressive athletes . They absolutely love them! Played for several hours on the beach. They had fun splashing each other with the wet ball as they played catch. Very nicely made and durable. Easy to rinse off and clean. Note that the ball is not made to bounce. It is strictly made for catching. There is a web in the mitt to catch the ball, but it's not necessary to be accurate to catch the ball from the air. The mitt does a big part of the job.

My boys LOVE these. Hours of entertainment in the water and easy enough to get the hang of. They seem to be holding up well.

This toy seems to be well made and the kids really enjoy it. Helps develop hand eye coordination as it skips across the water if you throw it that way. It is very overpriced, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I would say it’s twice as expensive as it should be.

My kids play travel softball and baseball. They wanted this for our beach trip. It came just in time and quickly! Great set and good quality! Gloves fit my 10 year old and my husband, no problem. Great size and value!
