I am a complete noob when it comes to cutting hair. I can’t even cut straight lines so I knew I needed a tool like this. 10/10 worked very well and helped me give myself a haircut I enjoy without the salon prices.

I had the hardest time using this. First, the level is impossible to see while trying to use this. The level is on the side but should be placed in the middle of the clip. I can't look to the side far enough to see tge bubble in the level. Then, I guess I pulled too hard and broke the clip. The pink one might be good for bangs, but I don't have bangs so it was useless to me. I ended up having my husband cut my hair for me and he did a better job.

I bought this professional haircut kit and I loved it because I use it a lot on my girls and myself so I don't have to go to the beauty salon I love it because it is made with high quality materials. They are resistant, multifunctional and easy to handle and their price is also excellent. I can use them to shape or style my girls' hair or mine. I recommend it 💯

The smaller one for bangs is easiest to use. I still can't figure out the leveler part of it as it will naturally fall to the side the level is on since it is heavier. If you hold it up it works fine, but if you are holding it up why do you need the level? I think I am just not getting it. ha ha ha... This is why people go to school to learn to cut hair. I allowed myself a few snips, but will leave the big jobs to the pros!

I was nervous about using this but honestly, it WORKS. I got this because I didn’t want to pay someone else to cut my hair, which is really long and insanely thick. I got this to use to make sure I cut my hair straight. And holy cow, it works. Getting my hair clipped into it sucks just because my hair is so thick and this thing doesn’t open very wide, but once my hair is evenly in it, I just slide it down to where I want to cut (behind me, pulling in the middle so it stays level), then flip my hair over my head where I can see and trim away. And my hair is perfect when I am done. For a simple DIY haircut, this is a must have!!

It’s kinda works, but don’t recommend. Maybe opt for the name brand?

My mom refuses to go to a hairstylist after Covid time and after generally bad experience with a number of hair dressers. So, my mom asked me to cut her hair, but I have never cut hair before in my life. I can never even cut a paper straight. So, I ordered this contraption to help me. With this, I was pleasantly surprised how well I cut my mom’s hair. However, this doesn’t close correctly. So, please don’t expect this to work perfectly, but it was helpful.
