melatonin absolutely works on me and most people are taking way too much! 1mg is FINE and that's two capsules so that's fine!

Fantastic!
I have been dealing with really bad insomnia for years. Part of it is due to anxiety. I would go to sleep very late, wake up after two hours feeling fully rested and then stay up all day. A walking zombie. This medicine not only helps me fall asleep within 30 minutes, it helps me stay asleep. That is super important to me. Nice.

Don't waste your money
This doesn't work. Been up all night no sleep and now I am upset that I wasted my time and money on junk. Please no one else don't waste your money
