Beautiful, well made rug. It is soft wool, and I look forward to having it for many years to come. I have all safaviah rugs in my home, and they're all good quality. Color is true to the pictures.

Blue color is accurate to the pictures. It did shed a lot on the 1st vacuuming but the 2nd vacuuming was normal. There was no curling of the edges. It did have an odor for 4-5 hours after opening and I was worried about that as I am odor sensitive, but that odor was gone by the afternoon. The wavy pattern is perfect for my beach decor. Very happy with this rug!

Was shipped in plastic and no box. Arrived with a winch l-shaped rip/slice. I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service to get a partial refund instead of having to go through the pain of shipping back with no luck.As for the rug itself, it’s beautiful. It has some jute in the fiber so it’s not very comfortable to sit on, but feels fine underfoot. No major smell when we opened it, flattened out relatively quickly. Sheds fine fibers. Does attract cat hair, but I’m too nervous to use a brush vacuum so I’ve been using the chom chom roller.

Loved the rug but the creases from it being folded in shipping are insane. This is after it being laid flat for 24 hrs. I called the vendor's customer service but after being on hold for almost an hour I gave up. Now how do I repack this beast to return it.

Love. Love. Love this carpet. Bought both the 8x10 and 9x13 for two adjoining rooms. It is the perfect subtle look we were hoping for . It feels so good under your feet and is a thicker pile. Also the backing is soft so it doesn't scratch the hardwood floors.

Great thick rug. Doesn’t hold have an initial smell but fades. Also does shed but after vacuuming for some time it does get better

This rug is beautiful to look at, a gorgeous pattern. However, it smells HORRIBLE and permeated my entire downstairs despite airing it out, lighting candles, spraying air freshener, etc. I also vacuumed it several times to try to alleviate the smell and help settle it down, and it shed so ridiculously, it filled my vacuum every time. Overall, its a thick, soft wool rug but the smell was just too much to take in my home; that, along with the shedding factor, and it needed to go back! I love Safavieh brand products, but this one failed.

Love the style, but hate that it sheds, and it looks terrible all over my dark hardwood floors.
