Nice rain barrel
I only gave it 4 stars for now, as I've only had it set up with water inside for about 3 days.If it continues to work as well as it is right now (as I'm hoping/expecting it will), I'll changeit to 5 stars for this price! No leaks, no issues of any kind. There are 2 very small issues with installation that are easily overcome:1. Don't plan on using the included teflon tape. It is SO thin and flimsy Iwas UNABLE to get the tape to start unrolling. After taking a good LONGlook with my phone on magnify mode, I thought I saw the leading edgeof the tape and tried to pry a corner up, and it just came up in sticky teflonSTRINGS, not a ribbon. I tried about 4 times and never did get it started.Unless you can pull the WHOLE width of the hyper thin "tape" at the sametime, all you get is a sticky string as wide as the piece you started pulling on.2. The video installation is clear, BUT I didn't watch it first, assuming it COULDN'Tbe difficult. The paper instructions were fine except for one visual confusion I had:On the paper instructions, the picture LOOKED to me like they were inserting thevertical support rods into "slots" on the water barrel bag near the top of the barrel. That was just an optical illusion. It is attempting to show you to install therods into the slots on the water barrel near the BOTTOM of the barrel. Obvious inhindsight, so the base of each leg is outside the vinyl on the ground, but confusedme for 5 minutes while I looked for slots at the top of the barrel bag.

Sturdy with lots of supporting feet
This is a very nice collapsable water container in the style of a wood-look barrel. It is made of a thick type of plastic that does not rip easily and it has several very nice features. This has an overflow spout at the top (on the side) and it has a zip top cover to keep out any debris. There is a small screened hole on the top to let the water filter in. There is a bucket spout in the middle so you can fill up a watering can easily. That spout is removable and adjustable. My photos were take before it was placed where I want it, and not yet filled with water. I also need to reposition the spout, but snapped these pictures before it was completely assembled. I do not intend on keeping where I have it placed in my pictures.I won't use this to catch the water off any spout, instead I keep containers like these in my garden as means to move and store rain water from my 275 gallon IBC to other locations using a hose and sump pump. My IBC is placed under a rain gutter fills up completely in one rain storm where I live, and I like having these around the garden to be able to move some of those gallons after a storm. These containers are so easy to move around, and I keep a little hose on the bottom outlet to water my garden in various spots. I find that the water dispenses easier if this is raised up some. I will be placing this one at the top of a hill to water the garden below it.Personally I like this a lot, it looks great against my stone wall and sort of just disappears. My favorite thing about this one over another that I have, is that this one has many more supporting feet on the bottom. There are internal supporting pvc rods that help this keep its shape as it empties. The hose outlet fits a standard hose. Assembly on this one was a little more complicated than another that I have but I like it better because it has more internal support. Nice design, good features.

Works
So build the frame then cover it, think of those plastic pools with PVC like pipes to help hold it up and keep shape. It holds the water and comes out well and is sturdy. The cover is a little thin and it isn't the funnest thing to put together but it's doable and works.

Absouklte piece of junk.
Poor construction. drained terribly and had to be tied down

It'll never look like real wood.
The directions for assembly were entertaining: obviously not written by a native English speaker; but they were easy to follow.

A Little Challenging to Assemble, But Works Very Well
I had my son put this together for me while he was home on break, and he did a good job, but said it was a little challenging to assemble with all of the pipes and tubes and spigots. He got the thread tape on wrong-- put it on the outside instead of the inside. But there was enough tape left in the kit that my husband redid the seals. We left it on the deck for a few days before we moved it down to the back yard, and I was astounded how much rain it already captured. We did have quite a lot of rain that week, but it shocked me how much was captured in the barrell. We wanted to drain it before moving it down to the backyard, and I filled my large watering can several times before we got the barrel empty. It was easy to drain with the spigot as well.Honestly, we probably won't even fit this on a downspout, because there's not an easy or convenient place to do so around our house, and this captured so much water simply from the rain, that I think I'll be happy with it on its own.Really good product and good buy. It looks nice too. Looks like a wooden barrel, but is much lighter to move.Very happy with this product!

Okay Not what I Was expecting
This is not what I thought it was, I thought maybe it was panels that clipped together or something sturdy. This is just PVC pipe with a thick vinyl liner that when it fills up looks like a barrel. This might last 1 year in the Texas sun and the plastic will be gone. Easy to put together and instructions are good but it does require lots of assembly. At this price point I was expecting something more heavy duty. No water in the bag will blow away. Looks like a barrel from a distance but not really impressed.

Rain barrel (update )
Missing the spouts. Virtually useless as water will leak out at the spout level. One lower, one higher.Expected better for $100.I bought spouts/plugs and so this does work and actually looks pretty good.I still don’t think it should be $100 but maybe $60 or 70 ish … anyway as a result of the purchased spouts I am changing my review to 4 stars as it is kinda nice.Still not happy about having the hassle of buying plugs and spout, but it’s working and I’m happy now.

Easy to assemble.
Plastic is thick. I use it to gather rain water from our gutter system. Water is good for watering plants during the dry months and washing our RV.
