This generic Dyson Motorhead attachment is way cheaper than the original but works even better than the OEM since it has a bright LED headlight. Cleans my floors and carpets perfectly. Totally happy with it!

OMG! This works better than the Dyson's do! I vacuumed my whole house with the carpet attachment & it worked fabulously, even on the hardwood floors. It glides so easily that it for seem like it could be working, until you dump it out! Value is fantastic! Seriously, Dyson should take lessons from these guys! Oh, and the light is very illuminating! Bravo!

for the older individuals on my title of the review. To set a picture, i have a 2200 sq ft home that is 90 % LVP with 3 bedrooms with carpet. My Dyson is an SV16 which is an 11 outsized purchased from Best Buy. I have 2 fully grown Siberian Huskies that basically shed every day. Which is the reason i bought the cordless Dyson. I have read many of the reviews before the purchase and decided to do my own test. I will start with my CONS first since there are very view!Con1. Very light weight head so it bounces a little bit.Con2. Size is considerably smaller so doing a larger bedroom is more time consuming.Con3. The head failed to start a few times. But the Dyson head that came with it does it too.Con4. Not sure if it is the head or something else, but the unit did not power up for increased suction with this head on. Maybe it didn't need it. Not sure.Con5. No height adjustment.OK lots of positives.It is quieter, does fit into tighter spaces, LED lights, does help pull itself as you go, suction power was equal(tested on max power and eco), battery usage was the same, Easy switch out of rollers, easy to clean, the wheels were a great help on the LVP flooring, connected perfectly to the Dyson parts, ETC.I am sure i will discover more positives and possible negatives as i go. It is day one.My recommendation to the creator is more lights, little wider, little heavier.My recommendation to the consumer, BUY IT

The manufacturer of this really did their homework. Product works as intended and quality seems very good so far. The LED’s are a nice touch. Great buy!!!

Worked ok, suction not as good as original motor head, specifically the carpet roller didn’t work well. 2-3 months later it burnt out, roller stopped rolling, no suction. Better off buying original Dyson part, cost more but worth it in the long run.

Powerful and convenient. Much easier to vacuum with the LED lights. Strongly recommend.

I have a Dyson v7 animal and the roller on it was getting worn. For many months tried getting replacement from Dyson but kept saying out of stock. I spoke more the once to Dyson customer care who give stock reply as awaiting new stock. Checking other reviews, I notice the part that I wanted has been discontinued, so much for waiting for new stock. Took the plunge and bought complete head as same price as a genuine Dyson roller part. Good investment the LED lights an added bonus. It actual works better on the vinyl flooring I have in the kitchen where the Dyson would tend to drag.

Recently switched to a new Dyson vacuum (v10). Got this attachment to help with cleaning hard floors and it works a charm, picks up way more dust particles. The vacuum cleaner I was switching from had LED headlights which I missed a lot for helping with cleaning, this head fixed that problem. Love that it comes with the different brush roller for carpet, which I’ve tested and works well too.The second photo is a side by side comparison with the original Dyson head that came with my vacuum, there’s no real difference in quality, and the sizes are pretty much the same.It’s easy to change the rollers and the build is of great quality. Definitely excellent value for your money.

it sucks like it should. strong motor so far. flexible head moves easily. Lights are nice and bright.

This is amazing so far. Such good value for money and you get two types of roller (it’s easy to swap them over), which I didn’t even get with the original vacuum. It seems to work really well and it looks like it’s good quality. It’s so good I keep thinking it can’t last - only time will tell 🤞🏻
