Nice quality
Really nice quality bands. I needed these to strengthen my hip. I do like them but they are a bit to hard for me to use. I wouldn’t say I’m weak but the lightest band was tough to use. I can’t do some of the moves I need to do with it especially down at my ankle.

Love these bands
These bands are thick and very comfortable. They don’t roll at all and have a nice variety of tensions. They have been very durable so far with no signs of wear or tear. The mesh bag they come with makes storage very easy. These are a great value

These are perfect!
The various resistance levels make them perfect for everything from warm-ups and stretching to intense strength training. Unlike other bands I’ve used in the past, these don’t snap, stretch out, or lose resistance over time. One of the best things is that they stay in place during use—no annoying rolling, slipping, or pinching.

Great customer service good product
Had a little mishap. It arrived with 1 pink, 2 gray, 1 black no light blue. I contacted customer support and they shipped out a new set immediately and it arrived quickly. I have been using them for a few days. I started a workout routine recently, I have a gym membership but the weight machines are usually in use no matter the time and I don't like standing around waiting. I get my cardio at the gym, come home and do the workouts provided and I started wall pilates on days I don't go to the gym. These are great and I am hopeful to start seeing results in a few weeks/months.

Resistance bands
I just received them today and used the light band. These appear to be very good quality, the tension rating on them is comparable to the ones I used in physical therapy. I will update the review if I experience any problems after using for a while.

Great bands !
Bands super strong and durable! Pretty colors , good strength but stretchy they have the grippers on the inside of the bands so I’m sure that will help with rollability . No smell, they look functional; as described— can’t wait to use and update my review. Comes with a FREE user manual and workouts !
