Put in pool and wind blows it to the side. Doesn’t scare the ducks away. The discus are peeling and I haven’t had but four days.

We are using this product to keep ducks out of our pool. We set it up 2-3 weeks ago, and so far so good!

I returned this product, as it did not work for us. We have a larger pool, built in the ‘70’s, maybe this works better in a smaller pool? For us though, we had ducks from the lake in our pool on the daily, this made no difference to them. We did also purchase the scare eye balloons, and anchored those around the pool as well, along with owl figurines. The ducks honestly just didn’t mind anything. The eye balloons eventually deflated or were pulled from their connection and were blown into the lake. In time, the ducks just stopped coming.

We just finished our dream pool and the birds started coming, my husband was jumping up and cleaning up the bird droppings all day long - what were we to do ??? I purchased several "scare bird" items, all of which were esthetically unsatisfactory so I decided to try this item first - THE BIRDS DISAPPEARED ! It was a miracle, now it has been 6 months and I really need to get a new one and they are no longer available ? it anyone knows how I can get my hands on more of these please write to Amazon ! Does not work at all. I have put it in my pool for about one week now and the ducks keep coming back and swim right next to it. I had to take the picture behind the gate so you can see the duck next to this thing before the duck noticed I was there and fly away.

I was really hoping that this would work -- it doesn't. The Mallard couple wasn't afraid of it at all. Plus, the mirrored disks kept falling off of the device, so several of them are at the bottom of the pool.

This DID NOT discourage ducks from coming in my yard. I had it in my pool and the ducks still came and still built a nest and laid eggs in my flower bed. Don’t buy this. It doesn’t work AT ALL!

The ducks just flew in an landed right next to the de--bird pool repellent. I even bought two of them to create more reflection, but it didn't deter the ducks at all.
