When I first got this, it was charged to 75% already. Tested it and it worked great. Plugged it in and let it charge to 100% and then set it aside. I needed to use it the other day (weeks later) and it was still at 100%. Nice! It charged my iphone 50% in 20 minutes. That was enough at that time. The battery on the pack only went down 5%. Nice! Insert doing this 4 or so more times and the battery on the pack only went down to 67%. Nice! We're supposed to get storms today so I am charging it to 100% now. It takes a long time to charge. (At 67% had it plugged in for 1.5 hours and is only at 83% now.)

This battery charger works great with our iPhones. For some reason, a lot of the charger things we tried would stop charging, but this one works great every time on all of our devices.

Love this portable charger. The wires already attached is an added bonus. Nice to be able to go on vacation and not have to pack a bunch of wires.

Works great, but really heavy to carry in everyday bag. I have mine too my son. He's happy with it.

I am very happy with this charger. It works very well. It is a good size and a good value. It does take a bit to charge but I didn’t find that a negative. It holds the charge for a long time. I used it a lot on a recent vacation. The only negative for me is that is a bit heavy.
