Amazing Book
I am extremely pleased with this book - it's just what I was hoping for. The chapters are very well written and I feel that I'm learning Spanish at a fast rate...and the text is fun. I hope that there will be an intermediate Mexican Spanish text made available soon. Thank you, Cecilia Melero!

Fun and easy
I like the way it's written. I prefer to use workbooks do that I can interact with the material though. I can still use a notebook with it. I think I'll learn a lot from this book.

Amazing
This book is great I think there should be one in between this beginner and their intermediate book but this was a great resource.

Misleading
Not as described. Not useful for my purpose. I didn't like the format. Others that already have a intermediate level may find helpful.

User friendly
I really like the way the information is presented. The explanations and corresponding tables are extremely helpful in learning basic concepts of the language.

Great beginner Spanish book
I have studied Spanish for years but am trying to teach my son, so I got this book. I really like the format and organization compared to other books I have used. It's fun, clear, quick paced but well detailed and explained each step of the way. I am also happy to have a book specific to Mexican Spanish since our travel to Mexico (or speaking to people from Mexico) is where we usually use the language.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Helpful book
I speak Spanish very well but I wanted to see what this book had to offer and to see the difference between my Spanish and Mexican Spanish. There is a bunch of great material in this book. I thought that expressing the words through the stories was clever and then just adding more vocabulary to it. I think my favorite part was the Cultural Annex part in each chapter. It was fascinating with Mexican phrases you can learn and different places to go and visit. Really Fascinating. I liked this book and it even ended up helping me some too, so totally grateful for that. Useful tool.
