Looks good both above or in counter. I discovered something I really liked yesterday. I left a stainless steel spoon cozy on the front burner that I had not turned on.....the rear burner wouldn't engage until I removed the utensil. Nice job!

I ordered this at the end of April and first used it in May when we moved into our new apartment. Despite limited use, it has already broken due to the heat. A piece is missing, and the coil is exposed with visible cracks. The quality is disappointing, as I expected it to last longer than just two and a half months. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

The media could not be loaded. This little 2 burner portable stove top is quite amazing!This basically works right out of the box! Although, i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading the Manual that comes with it as it Tells you the TYPES of pots/pan to use and types NOT TO USE on it. This is VERY GOOD to know & you can even just have it close by where you put your little stove top to use as a Reference until you get used to all the types that are good for it and as a reminder what NOT to use on it. so that you can keep your beautiful ceramic stovetop looking great for years to come!You can have this out sitting on your counter top or wherever really, as long as you have a Outlet close by to plug it in. ( some ventilation would be good to since you would be cooking on it ) You can also cut out the inner shape of the little burner so it can sit IN your countertop. This is what i plan to do with mine.it would look so beautiful then. It comes with little rubber feet you can screw into the stove top for counter use, and if you have it sitting IN your counter, there is a roll of Liner to put along the underside of the lip of the burner so that it sits in there well and helps keep counter and stovetop clean too.It comes with, what i can only "assume" is a scraper for cleaning any burnt / stuck on foods from your ceramic stove top. I say Assume as the little booklet did not say. but on my own ceramic stove i use a similar metal scraper. you just have to be careful.I LOVE most of all how the stove buttons are big and you turn them in a Dial fashion. Each heat setting from 1 to 9 has a sort of little "click" feeling to the knobs as you turn them which is very nice as it helps you know you are going up another setting, And if that is not enough, there are little Red dot lights that light up for each higher setting you go up. Plus it beeps for you too. great for someone who would need benefit from Audible /Tactile reminders when cooking. Plus visual, as you can see the lights for each setting as well.When you turn on the stove, the RED GLOWING burner will glow on and off as it is cooking, this is NORMAL for these type of ceramic cooktops. they are allowing the food to heat to the desired temperature and not Over heat!speaking of overheating, the unit. has a cool safety feature as well! if it is left on for more than 2 hours continuously it will AUTOMATICALLY shut off. Great feature! And to Re-set it, if this happens you just turn off / on /unplug / re-plug back in to get it working again.there is also a little " H " that shows up (see my video i provided ) on the cooktop to show that even though you have the cooktop turned off, it is still HOT. I love it.this was a very easy 5 stars.I absolutely recommend this item!

This burner set is great. It is very easy to take with you. Great for camping, cooking in a hotel or small kitchen space. Originally planned this to go in a trailer but love having it to take places. I do find it takes a bit to heat up but once it does it cooks evenly. Love that it has 2 burners. Can be on the counter or sunk into the counter for a more permanent solution.
