These were very good. They were chipped in nice bite size pieces. Good value. They were not dried out and they do plump up nicely when liquid is added. Very sweet!

These dates are just wonderfully pure not rolled in anything like other chopped dates. They are delicious and the price is very good compared to some..this will be my go to for chopped dates from now on.

Flavor and texture are on the mark. Product is fresh, moist, and constitutes a good value.I use these dates in Scottish oatmeal along with minced walnuts. Buying minced dates is a time saver in the kitchen. I have ordered these twice.

This 16 oz bag of chopped dates is enough to make a 9 x 13 pan of date bars. The dates are reasonably soft for dried dates and cooked down for date filling in about 15 minutes. Although there is always the possibility of pits, I found none among these dates. The texture of the cooked dates is what you'd expect and the flavor was sweet but these were not the most flavorful dates I have ever worked with. They are just fine for most uses but if dates are the star of your particular recipe you are going to want a stronger, jammier date flavor than what these dates provide. I'd call these dates a good all purpose date.

I love these chop dates. I use them in cereals, yogurts, and just as a snack. The best thing is they don't use rice/oat flour to coat them so they don't have a wierd taste like a lot of the ones they sell in stores. These are the best.

The nutrition facts on the actual package are very different from the Amazon pictures. I think the Amazon pictures are correct but it’s very weird.
