The units have worked well for months now, even as the days have become a lot shorter. I have several of these set up on acreage primarily as a deterrent for animals. Motion sensor captures a wide range, lights and sounds come on fine, good battery life (only solar recharging), and they've worked fine through lots of wind and rain. Very pleased. We had the best luck mounting them up high so the motion sensor had a wider view.

My wife is afraid of coyotes when we go camping so I got these and put them up around our tent using zip ties. When we pack up, just release the ties and take them with us.

These alarms are perfect for keeping coyotes, deer, raccoons, etc away since they tend to show up in the middle of the night. My CCTV just recorded the alarm going off as a coyote attempted to help himself to my avocados.

They work but it doesn't seem to scare the critters away. I've seen the deer and raoons just meander past the flashing lights & sirens. Too funny.

You can obviously tell this item was made in China. It's just a cheap plastic box with a red LED light in it. Are not able to shut off during the daytime. This thing is worthless. Returned for a refund.

We have so many of these. Change them around as the seasons change things. We are in the country. Neighbors are approx 1 1/2 blocks away. Does not bother them. They cannot hear them inside their house. They have saved our gardens, bird feeders and trees. Deer, bear, raccoons all seem to move on because the high sound bothers them if not scare them.We now give them as gifts.

I don’t write reviews often and I’ll say, if I could give this over 5 stars I would.I’ve been battling a wood chuck issue for years now where they keep burrowing under my barn and it was driving me crazy. I tried live traps, snap traps, poison, bait, underground fencing, etc. They are very sneaky and hard to catch in the act.These sirens do exactly what you want them to do and they work well. Loud but not too loud, flashing , etc.“ knock on wood”, it has scared the woodchucks away for several months.Give then an initial charge, make sure they have decent sunlight and you don’t have to mess with them again, recharge, etc.10/10 product. Seriously wish I knew about these sooner.Don’t even mess with anything else. Just buy these.

Had one like these. A little different, but had left it by a persimmon tree since last year. And it still works. Been using it and these two around a peach tree. They are anointing and bright to deer, raccoons etc. Motion sensitive gets better after use. I like them.

This is my second order. I’ve had one that still works perfectly even after a few years. I use them to deter deer. I have them on the outside of my deck and on a fence and whenever a deer tries to eat my flowers and comes within range, the alarm sounds and scares them off. Would be great to deter other animals and humans too !
