Bought Mid June gave to my lady late July and she mentioned to me a stone has already fallen out on August 8th. Not happy do to it being a symbol of our new relationship and it's already falling apart? Not cool! Would like to ask supplier for help with this matter please.

The stones started falling out of the ring the first month. It was a sweet 16 birthday gift and now it’s too late for a return. Being a Pandora ring I very disappointed. Won’t be buying again. Thanks for the low quality and a waste of my $$$
