This is a great set of stencils and good value for money for the amount you get. Usually, stencils come in a limited range of designs but here, we have twelve different fonts which can be used for a variety of different projects.While it says they are for painting, I have also found that children love to use them for making posters etc, encouraging them to be more creative.The stencils come with a ring meaning that hey can be held together but they can also be kept separate.A lovely set of stencils!

Meets requirement needs

The stencils are flexible and washable. They do stain, depending on what medium is used and how quickly they are washed at the sink, but this does not affect their usage.They are a standard quality crafting stencil and I find they give smoothest results if blending inks over the top, such as Ranger distress inks. When using acrylic paints the best results come from sponging or dry brush dabbing – paints do not tend to give such a sharp outline but they look great for a distressed look if doing art journaling.I am very happy with the variety of styles included and they will get a lot of use during my art journaling.
